Serum and Novavax companies develop new vaccines, start testing new vaccines

Pune: Covovax, a corona vaccine developed in partnership with US-based biotech firm Novavax and Pune’s Serum Institute, has began testing in India The corporate claims that the vaccine is 89 % efficient towards the British and South African variants of the Corona. The corona vaccine is predicted to hit the market by September 2021, mentioned Adar Punawala of the Serum Institute.
